Rates

Rates are for two persons maximum per room and per day and are inclusive of VAT, breakfast, free access to internet WIFI, exclusive of local taxes. Minimum stay of 3nights.
Rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservation policy

- 50% Deposit required to secure booking, payment via direct deposit. The other 50% is due to be paid by cash (euros, dirhams or american dollars) on the second day of your stay.

- All extras (eg. excursions, meals etc) are to be paid by cash (euros, dirhams or american dollars) at the end of the stay, prior to checkout.

- Any settlement by credit card will support an extra charge of 4 % (banking fees and taxes).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES

Check-in at Riad Muarid is from 2.00pm. Check-out is at 11.00am the latest. If you wish to request an early check-in or a late check-out, kindly inform us in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs, subject to room availability, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR all BOOKINGS

Cancellation policy applies as follows for any room booking at Riad Muarid:

- Cancellations must be notified to us by email within 24 hours.
- Cancellation after 24 hours, no refund, 100% of the stay is due.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments by direct deposit or cash (Moroccan Dirham, Euros or American Dollars).

Please note that any additional services, such as transfers, transportation, or meals, must be settled in cash (Moroccan Dirham, Euros or American Dollars) at the end of your stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed.

CITY TAX

3 euro, per person, per night must be settled in cash (Moroccan Dirham, Euros or American Dollars) at the end of the stay, prior to checkout with any extras (eg. excursions, meals etc).

EXCHANGE RATE

The local currency is dirham. Our prices are based on a fixed exchange rate of 1 euro = 11 dirhams.

CHILDREN POLICY

With the purpose to offer our guests the best experience of quietness & relaxation when staying at Riad Muarid, no children below the age of 12 years old are allowed at the Riad. Children of 12 years old and over are considered as adults and have to stay in an available bed.

PET POLICY

Animals are not authorized at Riad Muarid.

Formality for individual travelers

- A passport is required even for children; the expiry date must be over 6 months after the returning date.

- Touristic stay is limited to 3 months.

- Some nationalities may require a visa; please check with your consulate or embassy before departure.

- The Moroccan law does not allow hotels, riads and guest houses to host unmarried Moroccan country nationals.

Photography & Photoshoots

To ensure the privacy and comfort of all our guests, we do not permit any professional photoshoots, including brand shoots, personal photoshoots, or any other photography sessions, within the Riad without prior written consent. This includes both commercial and personal photography for social media, advertisements, or other promotional purposes. Should you wish to arrange a photoshoot, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance to discuss availability, terms, and any associated fees. Thank you for your understanding.
